I reached out to customer service last month about my phone about my iPhone 15 not being able to make or receive calls or texts. I had to call multiple times finally they said the would give me some credit. This is after I went to the Verizon store and they told me to go to the apple store. Went to the apple store and they ran every check and nothing is wrong with my phone. It's the service.  Well I did not get the credits on my most current bill. I then went back to the Verizon store they said to call customer service and ask to speak to a supervisor. When I called today spending another  the nice lady on the phone went to get her supervisor and the supervisor said if she gets on the phone she is taking the credits away and I am getting nothing. Is that the way Verizon wants to do business?  This is unacceptable behavior! I have been a customer for over 20 years and am seriously considering leaving Verizon after this interaction. Have you tried a network reset?  If that doesn't work, I'd say someone in tech support needs to re-sync your phone.
