This may sound odd, but I am wondering at what point does my phone begin using data: When a picture or video is sent in my messages (from the internet), or when I click on the link? I hope my question makes sense. Thank you.
Hello j3dub, you have a great question! The data is being used when it starts "sending" or "receiving" a picture or video. When you select the link, and it's accessing the website, it uses data. We hope this clears up your concern.
