I have been going round and round with Verizon and everyone has told me something different and changes were made to the plan that were not in my best interest and it has been very frustrating because everyone has promised me the moon and no one has delivered. my plan went to having 3 lines to 2 lines but after talking to someone i only have 1 line and a home line which is different, just depends on who i talked to. anyway i was calling on trying to get the best plan for my daughter and asked about discounts and they asked if she was in health care, she is, so she applied for the nurses discount ang got it, we were told it would be $25 but it ended up being only $10 because we only have 1 line. and you can only have one discount so i lost my loyalty discount and can not get it back because of it. fourteen plus years with verizon, never a late payment and this is how i was treated. she is on a plan that is way to expensive and everyone has told us something different and no one has helped. Just feel very taken advantage of and we are looking into switching carriers or just moving her to a tracfone because of how bad everything went down. all in for the money grab but not custom service, ready to walk away . it is a much longer story and this is the condensed form of a very frustrated customer.
