I spoke to a sales rep which ended up without our having phone service and my spending over 4 hours on the phone today with varying agents trying to restore our service over several phone calls. And then, I learned that switching from prepaid is going to run $159 a month vs $70. Not very cool. I have the name and number of the first person I spoke to. She was sweet, but things certainly did not happen as described on the back end. I fear I have several more hours on the phone to undo this whole mess.
