The FIOS cable coming in to my house is being taken over by a vine. the FIOS junction box on the utility pole directly behind my house is being taken over as well. This is GOING TO BE A PROBLEM for more than just me if not addressed. Trying to make a report to "someone" that can or will do something about it is impossible.
Worst customer service than Comcast and I didn't think that was possible
