iPhone Does Not Ring Consistently

My iPhone 13 Pro does not ring consistently, I’ve checked all the settings, I’ve called Verizon Customer service multiple times - nothing works. There is no pattern to the missed calls, the phone simply does not register the call. When someone calls the phone does not ring and the person is directed to my voicemail. If the person doesn’t leave a message there is no way I would have known they called.  I’ve seen posts about this issue with Verizon dating back to 2020. This is clearly a known issue with Verizon and there is no resolution.

I’ve come here researching this same problem. I will have my phone right next to me, then am alerted I have a voice mail-it never rang. I’ve checked my settings, airplane mode, do not disturb, I’ve done a factory reset….. nothing has worked. Sometimes when calling out I also have issues, call failed. Very frustrating as I have a iPhone 13 and paid a lot of money plus Verizon service supposedly? The best?

Hello, T79011. Help is here as we would never want you to miss any of your calls. Please tell us more. Are there any pending software updates? This part is very important. Where does it primarily happen? At home? Do you have the phone connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data?

It’s the same issue all the time. I’ve talked with Verizon support multiple different times. I’ve tried staying on Wi-fi calling, I’ve turned on/off do not disturb, I’ve reset the phone. NOTHING works. Look back at the numerous comments when you google, “iPhone not ringing with Verizon”. This is a known issue, the reports of the same issue date back longer than 3 years. This is a potential safety concern, as consumers we are paying for a service we aren’t receiving.
