WHY do I have to contact FIOZ technical support every 3 or 4 months to get the paid for 1 GPS service? I do a speed test, speedtest.net, and as usual the speed has been DRASTICALLY down graded - usually below 50 MBP. I Shouldn't have to call up Verizon every 3 or 4 months.
