If you can't log in, and your phone is broken, making it impossible to use two-factor authentication, you still have some options to contact Apple customer service. Here's what you can do:
Apple Support Website: Visit the Apple Support website on a computer or another device. You may be able to find solutions to common problems there or initiate a support request.
Apple Support App: Download the "Apple Support" app on another iOS device if you have one. You can use this app to chat with an Apple Support agent or schedule a callback.
Email Support: If you can't access your account, you can try emailing Apple Support. Go to the Apple Support website and look for an option to contact support via email.
Visit an Apple Store: If there's an Apple Store near you, you can visit in person and explain the situation to the staff. They might be able to assist you in recovering your account.
Contact via Another Apple Device: If you have another Apple device, such as a Mac, and you're signed in with the same Apple ID, you can try contacting Apple Support from there. Go to "Apple Menu" > "About This Mac" > "Support" or visit the Apple Support website.
Ask for a Friend's Help: If you have a trusted friend or family member with an Apple device, they might allow you to use their device temporarily to contact Apple Support or receive verification codes.
Social Media: Apple also provides support through social media platforms like Twitter (@AppleSupport). You can try reaching out to them there.
Friends or Family Assistance: If you have a trusted friend or family member who can help you with their device or phone number to receive verification codes, this could be an option.
When reaching out to Apple Support, be sure to provide them with as much information as possible to verify your identity and explain your situation. They may be able to assist you in recovering your account or providing guidance on how to resolve the issue.
Keep in mind that for security reasons, Apple may have specific procedures for verifying your identity and ensuring that you are the account owner. Be prepared to provide any necessary information to confirm your identity.
If this is help full to you then let me know
