need help with an offer

I got an email to redeem my offer but when I press redeem it will not go anywhere. Its going to expire soon and I need help .

The customer service should have noted my account to stand behind the Xbox offer that was given to me. When I called they noted my account and said I would recieve an email.  The email will not let me redeem. I even try to copy and past. It takes me to my notifications and that’s it.
