how do I get customer support without 2FA? I cannot receive a text to verify. I need to order a new phone ASAP> How does this make any sense? There are no stores in my area to go to. I need to log into my account and it's not possible. utterly ridiculous. I already confirmed via email auth.

SAME HERE. My phone is completely dead and I have no way to contact verizon to get a new phone! Can't log into my account online even with my PASSWORD, can't CALL because my phone doesn't register in their system, can't CHAT because it asks me to log in with my PHONE 😞 so frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

VFRgrl, We definately want to assist you with getting a working device and we are sorry to read that your current phone is not working. We do need to complete validation with you in order to access your account. Do you have the option to call in from someone else's phone or a local store where we could assist you in person?

Did that chat thing through the forums where CS sends a link via PM to a user to authenticate their account get removed?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
