Hello, I am power of attorney for an elderly lady with dementia. She is no longer able to manage her account. I need to cancel the automatic withdrawal on her account as she needs this money for her care. How can I gain access to her account using the poa document I have?
I have been to Verizon stores and they are no help, they don't seem to have the information and they give me numbers to call that don't know either.
I am hoping to hear from others including Verizon reps who may have the answers.

We certainly want to make sure that you're able to process the necessary account changes as Power of Attorney. For authorization to be granted, documentation will first need to be sent to our Correspondence Team. Please email the Durable Power of Attorney (POA) or Guardianship / Conservatorship for the Verizon Account Owner to DocumentI@hq.verizonwireless.com.
Make "POA / Conservatorship Documentation" the subject line of your email. |

I am piggy backing on this thread as I need @vzw_customer_support assistance to gain access to an ill family member's account. I have a Durable Power of Attorney, but I do not have the account number. Can @vzw_customer_support please PM me with instructions? This is for both Verizon Fios and Verizon Wireless

I need to have access to an account of a family member whom I have durable power of attorney. I've called Verizon and they have provided all the email addresses listed, but each of them bounced back as undeliverable.
Can someone please provide some contact information or the process to be granted access to a Verizon Wireless account?

I believe my account was acccesed by somebody who manufactured a POA without my knowledge or consent. Who is the best contact to see if you have a POA on file for me ?
