Well, its been almost a YEAR....! (Feb, 2023) I am still waiting on the $800 promotional credit w/trade in that Verizon offered with the new GALAXY S 23+. I have attempted multiple times calling Customer service and Chat support. Each time I had to explain over and over the situation and each time they have confirmed the issue, verified the trade in had been received, and stated the promo would be reflected in the NEXT billing cycle. I have patiently waited and waited...still no promo credit onmy account. What else is there to do?? I have been a loyal Verizon customer for years and have been quite pleased with all my phones, plans and services. Is it time for a change???
