I own a multi family brick building in Boston MA. One of our tenants signed up for new service with Verizon. We were never notified that a technician was installing new service. The technician drilled through our brick building and apartment. They were not authorized to damage our property. Not only does it look horrible from the outside because of the wires, we're now getting water damage.
