I am at the point of hiring a lawyer to represent me. I returned the phone that had a faulty fingerprint sensor - in fact, the model is known for having a bad fingerprint sensor. I returned it with everything included from when I got it, which is only a few weeks from when I first purchased it. There is no way that the charging port could have been burned because I used the charger that came with it and never had any problems whatsoever with charging the phone. I am suspicious, as a result. I think that whoever received the phone at Verizon maybe plugged it in somewhere in order to check it and then left it like that, perhaps? It's really infuriates me given that Verizon is now charging me over $100 a month to pay off the phone, which as it turns out I found out later that Verizon charged me more for that phone than any other comparable phone--and I discovered that what Verizon is trying to charge me for the so-called busted phone is more than double the price of simply replacing the charging port. I'm a long time Verizon customer and I am furious!!!

Wynn5665, we understand your concern and we are here to investigate your concerns further. To make sure we are understanding correctly, the device was returned as a result of a manufacturers issue? Did you receive any images associated with the return of the device? Images are taken of the box and the device upon arrival in cases of any possible physical damage. Aside from the fingerprint sensor issues, were you having any other issues with the device?
