re: moving service from Verizon

Earlier this month my daughter and I transferred our cell service from Verizon to Visible. My son had not changed his account (there were 3 lines on the account)l I can't get into my verizon account to check on his service. I even used this link: https://login.verizonwireless.com/accessmanager/public/c/fu/validateDisconnectedAccount and nada.
I need to be able to get into the account to play, confirm service, etc. Does anyone out there know what I should do?

Someone said if you use your User ID associated with your account, then you can login to the "disconnected account login" site, but I haven't had any experience with doing that. Otherwise, porting out immediately revokes your login access to My Verizon. If you did not transfer account ownership to your son before porting your lines out, the only thing I can think to try would be for your son to create a My Verizon login and see if he can view his line's details.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
