sign up offers and gift cards not given

I moved 3 lines and an Apple Watch over to Verizon 5 weeks ago. In store, I was offered $600 in gift cards ($200 per line) to bring lines over. When the sales rep signed me up he said there was bad news.. to get the $600 gift cards I would need to pay $50 per month for mobile protection insurance in order to get gift cards (for 3 months)โ€ฆ so we would still get $450 after all.
I received 1 x $200 gift card.
I phoned customer support and they said the other 2 lines are not eligible so canโ€™t we wonโ€™t get the $400 gift cards.
So , I donโ€™t get $400 worth of gift cards and Iโ€™ve been paying $50 per month that I was told to do to get the gift cards!! Iโ€™m so out of pocket and would not have move to Verizon without this offer.
customer service said to go to store. The sales rep wasnโ€™t working when I went in but the manager said he couldnโ€™t do anything and to call customer service!
Im extremely disappointed no one is taking responsibility. Verizon is a huge company that should honor the sales rep words/offer and give us the $400 gift cards, it was his mistake or incompetence so Verizon should deal with this.
very unhappy and disappointed with the unaccountable people at the company.
Verizon seem happy to lose customers or have unhappy customers then doing the right thing!
itโ€™s not hard to fix!
