We had a horrible time swapping over our personal account to our business account, we finally found someone to help us get that fixed, I hope, we're still waiting on confirmation that its resolved. But now I need help getting this business account the way it's supposed to be. We had Ron helping us to start but he left without our knowledge, then I reached out to Wes, who came by and was going to help, now he's ghosting all of my emails. (for several months)I've tried to email Josh a couple times and no response. So are you so busy you need to hire more business management or do these guys just not want to help us. I'm fine with that but I need someone to talk to that can help finish fixing this. Any ideas for help in North Alabama would be appreciated, this has been ongoing since Oct/Nov of 2023. Except for the lady that is trying to get the personal account settled, it's been a nightmare.
