so i been trying to get into my mobile app on my phone and its saying i can't register my number , been trying to get it to work for the past week since i transfer over to my own account. it's telling me i have to link my number and when i do it won't let me.
Having access to your mobile account is extremely important to ensure you're able to manage it without any problems. Let's figure out what's keeping you from being able to access. First, have you tried a different browser or clearing your cookies/cache? Did you have access to your My Verizon with your old account?
