The reason why I am leaving is because when you call in with problems they just have rude remarks or dismissive you . I got charged for the wrong amount and when I called and to get this fix the lady told me that since I canceled and That the money was pulled all the way it should fix it and even out but nope i wake up to my bank being -750 dollars. Then when I called today to get this fix I was told several different things and got dismissed and rude comments . And Still negative and haven't been refunded. When i call about six to five months ago because i paid a bill and it was saying that I didn't but I did. I call and the lady was super rude and felt like the lady didn't want to do her job. So I asked to talk to one of your supervisor and as i was talking to your supervisor and told him about what happen. he called me a liar and a theft and that I should stop lying. Never got my money back for that. When i got my I phone 14 pro max it was having issues with signal, It took me talking to 25 people to finally to get a person that finally help with my situation. I'm done being dismissed and being talk down to and paying for things that I shouldn't have been charged for. I love Verizon's services but I am done .
