Well the time has come and I'm now asked to mail it.
What's the big deal? 1, I've paid hundreds of dollars already for a service not being provided...... And now i had to cancel my load to texas costing me another 1,500 (im a trucker.)
I've called and chatted and everyone passes the buck..
Customer care phone says use chat, chat says use customer care phone, customer care phone says call asurion, asurion says call verizon back, verizon says use chat, im literally pulling my hair out!
Also, i had needed my screen replaced a few months ago and they charged 199 instead of 29!

We definitely want to make sure that you are able to get your screen replaced. Same day cracked Screen Replacement is dependent on there being an Asurion-certified repair shop in the area where you are filing a claim. Did your device have damage to it other than the topscreen?
Covid exists? Maybe there wasn't a repair shop in your area?
For any physical damage, Verizon can do anything anyway. If an Asurion rep says call Verizon, ask for their supervisor.
