$200 Verizon gift card promo not being honored

I too am having this issue, and I’m at the end of my rope. I got new iPhone 15 promax as well as a new Apple Watch Ultra in mid to late August. While going through the process of doing this (on Verizon’s very own app!!)a promo popped up saying “Complete your order and get a $200 Verizon Gift Card “. I followed through and completed the order. I waited for an email, message on my app, etc. I went on your app used the messaging function and corresponded with a live agent(at least that’s what I was told), they assured me I would be receiving said gift card. I waited couple more weeks and called customer service. I spent 1hr42 min on line with your representative. At the end of the call I was again assured I would receive gift card very soon. All the while I was noticing my bill was extremely higher than normal, I still paid it. Finally I’d had enough and called customer service again last weekend another 2hrs on with another representative. This representative was so nice to work with. He listened to all my issues and addresses them 1 at a time. By the end of that 2hr call he credited my account almost $300(the amount Verizon had over charged me over previous 2 to3 months. Not a warm fuzzy feeling), and finally he spent almost 40 min researching, asking managers, different departments etc regarding $200 Verizon Gift Card I hadn’t received yet. This call was on a weekend. He confirmed I was owed the $200 gift card and that he assured me I would receive it in the mail in 3-5 business days. He told me he confirmed it with promotion dept (whatever that dept is called). A full 7 days passed. I called Verizon customer support AGAIN, spent 2hrs 28 min doing the same song and dance with another representative. She was very pleasant, but I’d had enough and asked for a supervisor. Got put on hold for over 30 min. Both the supervisor and the service rep told me they had no idea about said promotion. I’m truly in disbelief. A multi BILLION dollar company, they just wear you down. I have over 81/2hrs invested on phone and on there chat, have been promised and assured I would be receiving gift card. Until miraculously today the first supervisor I’ve spoken to told me I wasn’t eligible. If I’m being 100 % honest, at this point even if I wasn’t “Eligible” for gift card, which I am 100% convinced I am owed. I know what I saw, and apparently as I read your chat line here I'm not the only one experiencing the same exact problem. Even if it never existed or I’m not eligible , at this point due to Verizon employees have told me on 3 different occasions I was owed and would in fact get the gift card . Even if all that were true, Verizon and its employees have wasted over 8hrs of my time. Had I not been told I would be receiving the gift card from beginning I certainly wouldn’t have spent numerous additional hours on the phone. Never mind a week ago being told by a Verizon employee I would have it 3-5 days, and he said he verified it was already in process .As another one of your customers wrote in this same very chat, “I would never have followed through will the order, had I not been offered this $200 gift card. The one time fees you guys charge totaled over $200 on my order. This gift card was going to be used to help pay for them. The last thing the supervisor told me was he put in some “escalated form” with promotions dept. I feel Verizon owes me $200! PERIOD! I am not going to let this go. I’m going to spend whatever time it takes until I get $200(weather it’s a $200 credit in my account towards my bill, or in gift card). This is now on principle alone. Verizon as a company told me if I completed said order that I would receive a $200 Verizon gift card for doing so. I completed the order, so I did my part. It’s time for Verizon to do there’s. Please help me. Just do the right thing and let’s move on with all of our lives! Please!
