after spending an hour on the phone texting back and forth about a bricked iPhone SE new out of the box and being told to reboot the phone which would not reboot was left with a message to start an insurance claim to have the screen replaced - the phone will not charge, will not go past the hello, and when I asked to speak with someone else or to have the phone replaced nothing.
I know your time is valuable and I'm sorry you've had this issue. We want to make sure you get a great device that will work awesome for you very soon. When did you purchase this phone? Is there any physical or water damage to it?
