30 day exchange

I wasn't happy with my galaxy and was told if I went into the Corp store I could go back to iphone with no charge because it was within my 30 days. I get here and they First want  to charge me $150. Restock fee next for the iphone Tax for the second time on devices. After 10 minutes on the phone with a rep  Telling them that wasn't acceptable. They waved the restock fee. But still insisted I need to pay tax on new devices that they couldn't even supply me with for another 3 weeks at minimum. Bad customer service Citrus Park FL Corp Store

You would not be charged twice for taxes, the first device taxes would be refunded to the original method of payment under the worry free guarantee process unless the tax refund is applied to the new transaction.
