Is the 3g replacement phone program still available? I'm asking for my father. He still has a flip phone with the 3g network, he's had it for YEARS, but he started using a smartphone because if the switch to 4g. Hes a senior and retired and lives alone, and has NO idea about ANY technology. I just saw that you they were giving free flip phones to customers still using the 3g network. I'm 100% sure he was unaware of this as well. He is getting really discouraged because he cannot understand how to use the smartphone or find his contacts and cannot call me if he needs to, yet he's paying for it monthly and cannot utilize it. Is it possible to still receive a replacement for him? Thank you
