65+ plan and new service changes?

I have the two-line 65+ service with my husband. I see that it is not offered in the new program but that I can keep it if I already have it. What I want to know is if the upgrade program will still be in this plan. Right now I can upgrade and sign a two-year contract. Will this be possible after Thursday? Thanks in advance.

Conflicting reports, we will know better tomorrow. My reading through everything is that yes, you will still be able to upgrade, but you may need to be aggressive about asking for it. More after tomorrow.
