After activating mynew phone I received a message on my old phone saying my activation was incomplete and to call 800 922-0204 for assistance. I googled the number and found that this is a scam call. Please be aware!

This is a legitimate Verizon number for CS. You will see it on their contact us page listed below:
Or you are learning that this number is the official customer service number for Verizon and people have been spoofed so they false report the number itself as spam.
