I opened a family plan 4 line on this Store on March 12 , they offer a promotions each line I will get a $250 gift card after my 4 phone actively,
I open 4 line .
I let them wrote down a paper give me , Each line $250 , .
then another 2 line activity in New York City , after 4 weeks I got rebates gift card , New York Store make automatic send , But San Antonio Verizon Store still didn’t give me , they didn’t do anything so far , I called 611 , they wanted me back to store get Benares gift card , but store so sale person didn’t know how to do , they didn’t make best solution so far , they still owe me 2 gift card .
van I ask how to resolve this problem.
It’s hard to talk to them , they always require me to store , bout he won’t do anything .
