hello there So i recently bought a Verizon iPhone and its prepaid and i don't know my account pin a when i asked the rep online he said i cant help u and RUDLY ended the chat and gave me a number that just asked me to refill my account well how can i do that without a PIN
The PIN is usually 0000 by default. Sometimes the last 4 of the phone number.
You would think the representatives would know this.
