I have tried going to the store, chatting, filling out forms, and I'm tired of spending time on this. I pay the bills have been for over 10 years and they still can't make me the account manager? I'm ready to cancel the account and start over. This is ridiculous.

Being able to update Account Managers should never be a hassle. We do not want to lose your business as a result of this. It is a concern this was not completed sooner. What happens when the Account Owner signs in to My Verizon and enters your name in the Account Manager section? Did the store agent explain that there was an issue when you went in to have this changed? As for making payments, anyone on the account can complete payments but only the Account Owner can make specific changes. -Rita K.
