Hello, I truly can't do anything on my account because I have this: "We're sorry. Our records indicate you are not eligible to make online payments. Please use our store locator tool to find the nearest store, or you can make a promise to pay online." When I use the chat feature to talk to an agent about fixing my account or making a payment arrangement, all they tell me is to call (866)266-1445. When I do I get an automated message with 2 options. Option 1 is the find a local store to pay my bill and option 2 is to hear my billing history. When I tell the agent that I only get the automated message, then I receive in the chat that you guys are having technical difficulties. I been with you guys for years and I am now starting to think that I will be better off leaving this company for a better one. Thank you.
