I tried taking insurance off of both of my phones and it only let me take insurance off of my main phone on the account. Everytime I try to take the other one out, it says I don't have insurance on it, but when I go to my add ons it still shows up. I don't know what to do..

We know how important it is that you're able to manage features using self-serve options. When it comes to removing device protection we want to disclose critical information. Did you know that once insurance is removed from a line that your device will not be covered in the event of being lost, stolen, or damaged? If there is a device agreement, then the monthly charges would continue even if something unfortunate happened to the device. Please tell us more about the reason for wanting to cancel this protection feature. as for the error with the cancellation not appearing we'll need more details.
