Accused of fraud, is there any recourse?

I recently tried to purchase an new phone , plan, and home internet package. Once the order was complete and I had received the delivery confirmation I realized that the shipping address had been entered incorrectly. Once this was realized , I reached back out to customer service for a resolution. They offered two options, either take my chances with UPS  figuring out that I it was the wrong address or cancel the order and then reorder, I chose to cancel and place a new order. When reordering I had once again noticed the shipping address had been corrected on the phone, but not the home internet package. I was advised again to cancel the order again as they could not change the delivery address.  I was now on the fraud departments list and had to submit additional documentation so they could verify my identification.   Once provided, I did not receive any feedback from anyone and my account still showed all these orders in progress. Once again I reached out and was told to resubmit all my documentation again . No feed back again. Long story short, after a few more back and forthโ€™s, I was told I was high risk and fraudulentโ€ฆ

All this stemmed from the sales department recommendations to cancel the order and reorder so they could correct their mistake.  Is there any recourse or option I can reach out to for  review of this case? I am a long time Verizon user and would like to continue with them if at all possible.
