Adding unauthorized charges to my account

I have been calling in for weeks trying to get my billing issue fixed (Verizon over billed us and we paid over $4000 dollars over 2 months) and trying to get my brand new phones mobile data issue fixed.

But everytime I called and got transferred to a new agent, some new charge was added to my account. Even the tech support  agent tried selling me something before he would try and fix my problem so I hung up on him.

Multiple agents have told me I don't have mobile device protection, and all of them told me they were adding it to my account. That never happened apparently because it kept happening over and over. So I called in and asked what device protection I had and the agent I spoke with said I had 2 protection plans and NEITHER of them were for my phones!

An agent also added upgrades to my Netflix subscription without my consent. Another agent was trying to activate my husbands phone and he deactivated mine. Got it reactivated but it's never worked right since then.

My experience with Verizon has been positive up until June of this year when we paid off our old phones and upgraded to the androids.  There was an issue also activating the phones right out of the box, and again phone Verizon agents were useless. I had to go to a Verizon store to get them to help.

If this happens to anyone else as well, contact your states attorney general and file a complaint.

Oh, wow! We are stunned to read about you recent experience. Verizon takes pride in offering world-class interactions.

Let's start by confirming, are you phone working properly? How do you use your phones? What is your budget? How much are you expecting to pay per month? What services/feature do you need/want on your plan?
