If verizon doesnt fix the two authintication ability to turn off, I will be leaving. The update forces me to use two authintication to my phone to even access website. That is a joke. What if my phone is broke? There is a place in security to disable or enable but it doesnt work if you push disable. I even used the password only entry into webstie but was quickly asked to get my phone and confirm its me. The website doesnt recognize trusted device even if you confirm it on Iphone. They really screwed up and are just shrugging their shoulders saying that we want to keep you safe ? Safe from what? Even my bank doesnt make me two way authinticate after I have authinticated device. Verizon is refusing to fix it for some reason , but when they lose customers like me....I will be leaving for Mint Mobile on the fourth....closing my account and not worrying about it anymore.
