Agent messed up order

Someone please help me. I’ve spent a week, talked with 3 agents and over 5 hours and issue is not resolved. Did the bogo iPhone deal. New phone was placed on line that was supposed to be canceled. Phones were never delivered, recalled back to Texas. Now the promo is gone and I’m being told too bad I have to wait. I didn’t do anything wrong, the agent input the order incorrectly. Please help!
