Dialed in for voicemail and all I get is, "All circuits are busy, try your call later" message. Neighbor next door can get his messages with Verizon.

We are sorry to hear that your voicemail messages cannot be reviewed on your phone. Being able to access your messages is important and I am sure we can get this resolved for you. *86 and it doesn't ask for password, just goes to that ask circuits are busy noise.

Did you setup your voicemail for your phone number? The description of dialing *86 and not being asked for a password tells me the voicemail feature isn't working for your number.
