Been with Verizon before they were Verizon, Altell. 25 years. Been living in this current home for 3 years, off and on for many many hours trying to fix connection issues to no avail. Was promised a extender for me "being a loyal customer for decades" to not receive one, back on the phone again to be promised one again this Friday to get a note, "we found nothing wrong" there is no extender order in my account. I am not the only one my hubby struggles too. I pay ,$550 a month for 11 devices I'm ready to move on. Lip service is unreal, and fake
