I have an ongoing issue with someone using my email address for their verizon account, and I would really appreciate some help in solving it. I get multiple emails from their account per day (because they also signed up for "Family Base," despite apparently being allergic to getting their own emails) and the occasional times I get a message that has an unsubscribe link, when I click on it it tells me that my email is not found. This is incredibly frustrating and I want it to stop.

Hi, I am also having the same issue where someone is using my email. I have called customer support, but they have been unable to resolve the issue.
I have also tried the "unsubscribed" button, but I continue to receive emails that are not meant for me.

I too am having this issue. I have tried everything through Verizon and nothing seems to be working. If you are able to help me out that would be wonderful.

I have been working with Verizon Wireless Customer Support for the last 4 months, and I still continue to receive emails from an account I did not set up.

Let's work get this resolved once and for all! I apologize for the inconvenience. In these situations we must work with the account holder that has added this invalid email to correct it.
