Anyone Else Experiencing Issues in Northwest Indiana?

Hi all,

just inquiring to see if anyone else is experiencing an increase of failed calls and network issues, especially at home? We are in Northwest Indiana and  we first switched from our previous carrier to Verizon, we were thrilled w the improved service and could finally get calls at our cabin in Southern Indiana. Now we only have one bar at best at home and we cannot make calls if not on the wireless. It renders our cell phones essentially useless during a power and/or internet outage. I drove into Chicago today and had to hang up and redial the person I was talking to to “jump” to the next cell tower, otherwise the connection was producing what I call “the robot” sound and missing every other word. Before I log a service ticket, just wondering if there is a geographical connection/theme? That might help Verizon w their troubleshooting efforts. Thank you in advance for your response!
