In exasperation I started an online chat with a representative to ask about their MORE plan. I had the 450 minutes, unlimited data (grandfathered in) and 1000 text messaging plan for something like $80.00 a month. The MORE plan wasn't any better.
I told the rep I think I'm going to have to leave Verizon because they're too expensive. That's when she suggested I call an 800 number to speak with another representative about Loyalty Plans.
I've been a Verizon Wireless customer since before the flip phone days.
Now I pay $60 a month for unlimited talk, text and 2GB of data (I only used .5 each month since I have wifi at home). I also got a relatively new phone (DROID ULTRA) for free (or well, for only $30 when you include the upgrade fee).
I had no idea this plan existed....wish I knew about them earlier.
