My phone was stolen, I have paid for the insurance for six years and was told by Verizon and by the Asurion web page I would have a replacement phone in 24-48 hours. (I have no phone and need it for work) Now I am being told that the phone is on back order and it may be up to 5 days. or longer it they can get one (isn't this their business and what I have been paying for) they should have phones on hand. I called them, they transferred me to Verizon customer service who transerred me back to Asurion. I have no choice at this point but to buy a new phone and lose all of the money I have paid for insurance over years. May have to go to Wal Mart and just forget about any insurance for a phone as it seems to be a rip off
