Asurion came to fix my battery and now phone stopped charging when I called they said its now verizone problem to replace it and verizone is saying its Asurion as it should be under their warranty...Insurance commissioner needs to investigate this.

When did the issue start? Aside from the Asurion fix, any other changes? Are you using the original charger/Have you tried another charger and outlet? Aside from the charging any other issues?
