Autopay Problem

I see other chats where others have had this exact same problem.  Verizon’s system is not processing my AutoPay correctly.  AutoPay from same bank works for many other bills.  The Verizon site says my bill is paid, but there is no confirmation number and no money is drawn from my account.

I am now at risk of being ineligible for AutoPay and - importantly - the discount because VERIZON’s system is not working.

Customer support techs have been unable to help.
