OMG... this has got to be the worst functioning website AND app from a reputable tech company I have ever failed at navigating. I'm just trying to upgrade my phone and I can't tell you how many times I've had to log in while logged in. It may just randomly log me out too. I've confirmed this on a desktop at work, my personal desktop, and my phone app. So, its not a device or browser problem. And the fact that it has been this way for years is ridiculous! I am embarrassed for you, Verizon. This website belongs in some kind of blunders or blooper hall of fame. I have built more user friendly retail websites myself. Shame...

I did some research into my specific issue and it appears many others have been having this issue as far back as 2012. I checked your website once again today, a week after your response, and I still cannot purchase a phone. It is not good practice to lie to you customers, Oscar! Being a newer customer to Verizon I asked some friends and family about the website, and it appears that it is universally known that your website is non-functional. It didn't make sense to me why a company so big would have such a broken website. I asked myself, "Why would they want me to go to a storefront?". I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that you advertise certain sale prices, and then in small print it says, "Online Only"... I guess that is a question for the BBB. Meanwhile, I have no working phone. I wonder if ATT will let me buy online...
