I am assuming Verizon is no longer the "can you hear me now" service provider as I have been having issues sending messages, 0-1 bars only at home (I live 3 miles from Chicago so I am not rural). While the service is getting worse, the fees keep going up. I was on a call with Verizon yesterday 10/18/2024 for 50 minutes transferred from one person to another asked to speak to a supervisor 5 times and nothing.
Verizon also outsources their customer service calls to overseas with the fees they charge us shouldn't they be willing to pay normal labor fees in America?
I am furious with Verizon's lack of customer service, fees, and cellular service.
