Not receiving any voicemail in basic
Having access to your Voice Mail is crucial and we are here to help. Please tell us, what model is your device and is the software up to date?
Not sure if it's new phone or number but if that's the case you will need to set up voicemail by on most phone pressing 1 for few seconds and takes you to voicemail from there if first time tends to tell you to set up choose pin etc
