Beyond frustrated

I had an issue with my phone which was covered under warranty. Verizon sent me a replacement phone. However, the phone will not make or receive calls or send or receive texts. I also have no access to data. I've contacted Verizon for the past 3 days and keep getting told "it will be fixed in 24 hours" but it is still not fixed. They told me my phone line mistakenly was flagged as fraudulent and someone "higher up" needs to fix it. I've spent hours on the phone with customer service and got transferred several times. Getting the run around with no solution is beyond frustrating.
