Biling issues for 13 Months

For the past 13 months I have been trying to get my bill corrected. I keep getting the run around and shuffled around with reps. Been told it's fixed multiple times. Hung up on and told I would get call backs. Zero returned calls. Talked to multiple reps explained the situation over and over. Spent hours on the phone at this point. Is there one person as a point of contact I can deal with on these issues thru Business? It's tiring explaining over and over again to reps for the past year. Not sure why business reps are needed in stores if they can't help with issues or even want to entertain the idea of helping. Does anyone at this company care enough to fix my issues? I have 12 lines of service and have been with Verizon and before that Alltel got bought out by these people. Sad the way corporate business are. Wish that there were smaller options available still.

I would like to update here. My billing issues have been resolved and the Verizon rep I talked to was very helpful.
