How do I actually get a billing problem fixed. I’ve been on the phone countless times to get a reoccurring bundle removed from my account, only to be told it’s in the app. It isn’t in the app, and I even went to a Verizon store to show them it isn’t in the app. In fact if I selected it I would select to enroll in the bundle. The bundle is not on my add-ons!! Yet, no one can find it in my bill and nobody can remove it from my account since last November!!!!

Go to a Verizon store and get your account fixed in person. I had a billing problem that Verizon failed to fix for MONTHS -- I wasted HOURS on the phone.
Verizon's phone customer service is BROKEN! They create "tickets" but no one ever follows up.
