We have.been customers for over 5 years .
the month of November Verizon took out double our payment.
we called and requested a refunded after they insisted we leave a credit we said absolutely not. Then we were told we had to wait 3-11 days for a refund. We got the refund for only 75 dollars.
we called again only to be told the amt was changed to credit our acct after we said we didn’t want that god knows how many times.
now we have wait another 3-11 days for another deposit for their mistake . And all the bank fees we will have to incur. Thanks Verizon for treating your customers like they mean nothing to you . We will be looking for another carrier very soon.
